Mussoorie is a British Raj era hill station and has its municipal board within the Dehradun District of the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is 35 kilometres from the urban center of Dehradun and 290 kilometer north of Delhi. This hill station is within the foothills of the Garhwal Mountain Range.
